We needed to schedule a year’s worth of conferences, and we settled on the woodlands meeting space options. We needed a full-service meeting center that could handle large crowds of attendees. Our conferences are a big part of our annual income. We had outgrown the facilities in our corporate office last year. We wanted to schedule fewer but bigger events. We got so many clients that we had to schedule more and even bigger events. This meant moving the conferences to a well-equipped meeting center.
It takes a huge staff of people to keep conference attendees happy. They need to eat, stay hydrated, have clean bathrooms and have places to relax during breaks. Continue reading
